Miss Kati Oetken: Waukee in West Des Moines, IA; I am a K-5 ART TEACHER currently teaching K-5 ART in Waukee School District. I hope to show you some great ideas that will help you as an educator, student or parent as to how I teach or how others can teach important aspects of art. Oh and don't forget the main ingredients--EXCITEMENT AND FUN! Have fun and get involved...because art is ANYTHING, but boring! I live in a beautiful loft with my beautiful 'furry diva', Claudia. I love music,art, and my students! I also am obsessed with art toys, urban scarves, funky headbands, and baking/cooking creative entertaining dinner parties:)And, of course, hello, ART!:)
