Miss Kati Oetken: Waukee in West Des Moines, IA; I am a K-5 ART TEACHER currently teaching K-5 ART in Waukee School District. I hope to show you some great ideas that will help you as an educator, student or parent as to how I teach or how others can teach important aspects of art.
